Poor customer support

Better customer service needed for eg: i ordered a fee plants but didnt realize i ordered them with the pot whereas i did not need the pot and after which i asked for customer compensation or if the box can be returned but the response wasnt positive. I think giving very good customer support atleast for the first second time till the customer gets used to your services is very essential in the new BtoC brands. Thank you!
